1. A dual circuit shell and tube direct expansion chiller is generally used to satisfy heat transfer from a secondary refrigerant (Calcium Chloride) to the primary refrigerant (freon 22 in this case). |

2. Receivers are used primarily as liquid refrigerant reservoirs. When the system requires cooling, a solenoid valve is opened, thereby allowing liquid refrigerant to flow to the Thermal Expansion Valve causing the refrigeration effect. |

3. Prewired Electric Panels are considered the nerve centre where the operation of all components is synchronized. Interlocked with an electronic thermostat, the panel determines the energization or de-energization of circuits leading to a proper operating sequence. |

4. The portability of the package is a major advantage. These systems are mounted on durable iron skids which allow our clients to use land carriers (trucks or trains), air carriers (cargo planes or helicopters), and marine carriers (ships) for transport. |

6. A back view displays the arrangement of the compressors on the chiller barrel. Also shown is the heat reclaim circuit which is conducted by means of a heat exchanger, which is also interlocked through the control panel. |
